YOGYAKARTA CITY malioboro for this year's Festival will be heldon July 31 through August 1, 2010. In accordance with the show,this annual event will be centered around Malioboro

Malioboro Festival is a festival based culture. This festival will beenlivened many cultural attractions that are not only followed by theJogjakarta itself, but also followed by students from 10 provinces inIndonesia.

According to the Head of the Yogyakarta Provincial Tourism Office, Tazbir, SH. M. Hum, Privileges Malioboro Festival this yearis to raise back malioboro.

"A variety of cultural attractions, music, dance and literature will be displayed in malioboro Festival", he added.

For two days, Malioboro Festival will start on July 31, 2010 with thestart of Carnival Culture Abu Bakr Ali Parking Park to the NorthSquare of Yogyakarta at 14.00 pm. Later in the evening will beheld in the courtyard stage art DIY Tourism Office. On the second day, on 01 August will be staged collaboration of dance, music andliterary works that will continue Wayang Kulit in the Garden of AbuBakr Ali.
